Changed your mind before we ship?
Totally okay. If you need to cancel, just email us within 6 hours of placing your order. As long as it hasn't left our warehouse, we’ll process a full refund, no questions asked.
Delivery Issues & Unclaimed Parcels
Sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your order is returned to us because:

You were unavailable during delivery attempts,

The package was refused at the doorstep, or

The address was unreachable/incorrect... …we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges, if applicable) once the product is successfully received back at our facility by the courier partner.
Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Items?
That’s on us, and we’ll fix it immediately. To help us resolve this quickly, please follow these steps:

Reach out within 7 days of your order being marked as "Delivered" in our system.

Provide an Unboxing Video: We know it’s a bit of a hassle, but a clear video of the original packaging being opened is mandatory for us to process claims for damages or missing items.

Fast Resolution: Once verified, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7 working days.
Opened or Used Products
To ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards for all our customers, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered.
If your order contains multiple items and only one is damaged or defective, we will process a refund or replacement for that specific item only.
How do refunds work?

Prepaid Orders (Card, UPI, Netbanking): Refunded to your original payment source within 7–9 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Our team will contact you for your bank details, and the refund will be processed directly to your account.

Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of failed delivery or customer refusal.
