This website (www.teravitaorganics.com) is owned and operated by Tera Vita Organics. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Tera Vita Organics. By accessing our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.
Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERING AND BILLING

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Account Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement by emailing us at teravitaorganics@gmail.com. Once an order is processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Timeline: We aim to deliver products within 3–5 business days across India. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (logistics, weather, or public holidays).
Verification: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct PIN code and Phone Number. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

SECTION 5 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. Briefly:

Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
An unboxing video is mandatory for claims regarding damage or missing items.
Hygiene products (opened or used) are not eligible for return.

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
To infringe upon our intellectual property (logos, trademarks, and content).

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
